High School Youth Minister
Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church

Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church is seeking a full-time High School Youth Minister. This position will work as part of a Youth & Young Adult Ministry team to coordinate high school youth ministry and preparation for the Sacrament of Confirmation. The Youth Minister will have the opportunity to work with people in a variety of ways: as a guide and mentor for teens, as a partner with parents/families, and as a leader for a dedicated group of volunteers. The goal of the Youth Minister is to grow one, holy, Catholic, and apostolic Church in the parish and in Noblesville.
Some responsibilities of this position include: coordinating weekly youth ministry sessions for high school youth, organizing retreats and special events, coordinating a two-year Confirmation preparation program, and regularly communicating with teens, volunteers, and families.
An excellent candidate for this position would be gifted at relational ministry and possess outstanding communication skills. He/she would be seeking a flexible schedule but a willingness to work some nights and weekends. The candidate would have a Bachelor’s degree and would be a role model for living the Catholic faith.

The Director of Evangelization, Family Life, and Pastoral Ministries will assist the Missionary Pastor with the pastoral care of the Pastorate. This role includes pastoral planning along with supervision of Directors and/or Coordinators of the following ministry areas: evangelization, faith formation, catechetical ministry, family life, and the 3-year vision plan of the pastorate. The Director of Evangelization, Family Life, and Pastoral Ministries supports, accompanies, and equips the leaders in these ministerial areas to focus their attention beyond parishioners and into the community at large as they strive to facilitate making disciples of Jesus Christ, building vibrant communities of faith and inspiring men and women to be witnesses of Christ to the world.

Coordinator of Religious Education and Youth Ministry

We are currently seeking candidates for the full-time position of Coordinator of Religioud Education and Youth Ministry at St. Charles Borremeo Catholic Church in Peru, IN. The Coordinator of Religious Education and Youth Ministry will serve to support to the Church of St. Charles Borromeo in order to ensure that opportunities for ongoing faith formation for all ages and a comprehensive youth ministry program are provided. Works with the Pastor and Director of Evangelization, in collaboration with All Saints Catholic Church, to ensure that necessary collaboration and cross training occurs among all areas of ministry and discipleship.
Primary Duties:
1. Evangelization: works alongside the Director of Evangelization and lay volunteers to develop,
implement, and maintain programs for evangelizing non-Catholics and non-practicing Catholics.
2. Community Outreach: engages new parishioners, meets with individuals requesting assistance
and coordinates referrals. Works with community organizations while also promoting parish
events to the broader community.
3. Lay Pastoral Associate: coordinates overall workflow for the Director of Evangelization and
assists them with specific projects.
Secondary Duties:
4. Volunteer Coordinator: recruitment and appreciation of volunteers for different ministries (I.e.
music and liturgical ministries, technology committee, Fruitful Harvest, annual bazaar, Charles’
Carpenters, etc.).
5. Maintains and updates ministry contact lists in Flocknote, Realm, etc.
6. Event Planning: assists volunteers with organizing and coordinating parish-wide events, and
ministry heads.
7. Communications & Technology: Regularly posts new information to social media.
Education/Experience:
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required with at least 1 year related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Flocknote, and other web-based applications.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to honor and maintain confidentiality.

Campus Minister

We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Campus Minister for the Newman Center for ministry at Wabash College which is an outreach of Saint Bernard Catholic Church in Crawfordsville. Saint Bernard is a parish with 300 registered families. Working with the Director of Evangelization and other staff members, the Campus minister will be responsible for all events, ministries, and outreaches to students at Wabash College as well as all the events, ministries and outreaches to youth ministry students at Saint Bernard. Wabash College is in Crawfordsville, Indiana. It is one of the only all male colleges in the countrycomprised of about 1,000 students, 40% of whom are Catholic.
Essential Duties: Campus Ministry at Wabash College

The Muncie Catholic Pastorate is searching for a Full Time Campus Minister that is a spirit-centered, enthusiastic individual to lead its Catholic campus ministry at St. Francis of Assisi Parish, which serves the students and faculty of Ball State University. We are looking for a person who has a clear call to campus and young adult ministry. The candidate should have the ability to develop and implement a plan for campus ministry, including faith formation, facilitating retreats and spiritual programming, recruiting student leaders, event planning, budget management, leading our resident intern program, and more. The ideal candidate will create an environment where St. Francis Parish becomes home to the spiritual and intellectual lives, apostolic mission, and Christian maturity of students.
The Campus Minister is a Full Time position with a complete Benefit Package that includes Health, Dental and Vision; 403b Retirement; and paid vacation, holidays and personal days. The position will collaborate with all pastorate staff, particularly the Pastor, parochial vicars, Focus missionaries, and the Director of Evangelization, Family Life, and Pastoral Ministries.

The candidate should have a strong desire and ability to evangelize young adults. This candidate will also have strong leadership, organizational, communication, and administrative skills. The applicant must be able to adapt to a flexible schedule (frequent evenings and weekends) while also holding regular office hours during the week. PARISH CATECHETICAL LEADER

St. Matthew Parish in Indianapolis is hiring a Parish Catechetical Leader (PCL) to coordinate the family faith formation program for preschool to grade 8. The PCL will also oversee adult faith formation, including RCIA and adult Confirmation. Other expectations including programming and activities for families and children preparing for First Communion and First Reconciliation, as well as those participating in RCIC, and Children’s Liturgy of the Word. Coordination with St. Matthew School is essential for all sacramental programs. Volunteer catechist recruitment and formation will also be important tasks for the PCL. The PCL position is a full-time position of 40 hours per week. A bachelor's degree in a religious education or a related field and/or experience is required.
